Yes, this is the most common question we receive as Agents/Brokers. The “Why are they selling?” question comes most from both agents and their buyers as well.

Those butterflies of anticipation can quickly give way to concerned exhaustion as the showings do or don’t pile up. How many showings is too many showings? Why does my neighbor (who is also for sale) appear to have more showings than I? What should I expect in on-going communication from my agent regarding my listing? How do you know if I priced my home correctly? What does feedback mean?  We all like to compare, contrast and worry when our listing is active. What are the right answers and most importantly…how do I know if my home will sell and if I have chosen the right agent to facilitate this?

It was just over a year ago that we had a parking lot full of happy partying people with a live Ska Band rocking us out. We were celebrating and giving Thanks to our customers while fund raising for Teen Junction, a local organization under the Boys and Girls Club umbrella, which supports youth in our community. Who knew what we intended to be a yearly event would be postponed due to covid. This doesn't mean we can't continue to be grateful and have an attitude of gratitude. Will you join us in our efforts?
